She’s So Hot. I Mean, 5 Flaming Hotties

Anime Hot Fan Sweating Sweat Relief

So, what’s this? I just got a nomination for The Mystery Blogger Award and now I don’t know what is this. But, calm down. I am not angry. Precisely, I’m grateful for getting a tag from the previous blog. By the way, he is The Pantless Anime Blogger. Thanks so much for choosing this blog as what’s that tag, 5 Flaming Hotties. Yeah, the name’s weird. 🙂 Anyway, The Pantless Anime Blogger is a blog that discusses anime. From the name also you know that, but the content is unique to read. He discussed an anime review or something. By the way, the author is from the Philippines. As far as I know, Philippines is the second country where the otaku is so numerous. The country is also ranked second only to Japan’s largest otaku in the world. Indonesia also entered, which’s ranked sixth. However, if you are very curious you can visit his blog containing anime content and such.

Rules:

  1. Mention the name of the blog you were tagged by, as well as the creators of this game Realweegiemidget Reviews and Thoughts All Sorts  to all blogs involved and including the picture above.
  2. List five of your greatest hotties from TV and/or film, i.e. crushes/objects of your affection, including musicians or sports stars too.
  3. Tell us how you were introduced to them and why you like them/what appeals.
  4. Add some appealing pictures.
  5. Tag seven bloggers for their Five Flaming Hotties.
  6. Post the rules.

Five Flaming Hotties

Greatest Hotties from TV or movie? What? I heard it the first time and it felt weird. But I’ll do what I can. For the sake of a unity of bloggers, let’s get started. But, am I free to choose any character? Or should I choose a female character that is ‘hot’? I don’t know what to do. 🙂 Why I talk about bullshit, dude?

1. Izaya Orihara from Durarara!!

Orihara Izaya

So, I want to start from the male characters first. Yeah, Izaya Orihara. Who’s don’t know him? Of all the anime I’ve ever seen, Izaya Orihara is the coolest character in the anime. If I was a girl, I would make him my husbando. Hey, don’t think too weird. I’m not gay. But, somehow, I prefer this Izaya Orihara before first watching Durarara!!. Because of his nature and his handsomeness, it’s not surprising that so many fujoshi from all over the world often make fanfiction, yaoi, and even the doujinshi about this character. Moreover, his compatibility with Shizuo Heiwajima makes something more passionate. Ah, forget it.

2. Kosaki Onodera from Nisekoi

Kosaki Onodera

We switch back to the female character that is no one other know than Kosaki Onodera from Nisekoi. “Oh, look at this dude. He’s a team Onodera. FUCK YOU! KILL YOURSELF!!!” weeaboo said. Hey, shut the f*ck up you little piece of shit. So, since the Nisekoi manga came up, there was a war involving all Nisekoi fans split into two teams. The first team’s support the Chitoge team while the second team supports the Onodera team. From the sentence that I wrote earlier, we already know who’s the winner. But, I don’t give a shit. I think Onodera is a dream girlfriend who can be a life partner. With her smart cooking, faithful despite having to accept the bitter of reality, and I don’t know what to say moreover. In essence, he’s a lot of good. It’s suitable to be waifu.

3. Norman Bates from Psycho

Norman Bates

The two anime characters I’ve set hotties and explained before and I want to move on to the movie. Norman Bates from Psycho. You know, Psycho is a classic black and white film directed by Master of Suspense Alfred Hitchcock. Ever since I first watched this movie, I just thought, “What the fuck!” Moreover, the antagonist character of this mental psychopath’s Norman Bates. I thought that Norman Bates was a character related to the protagonist. However, the end of the film is also surprising. Moreover, the cold and cold gaze that makes the audience as if the target of the next killer. Don’t deal with Norman Bates because he wouldn’t harm a fly.

4. Jenny Wakeman from My Life as a Teenage Robot

Jenny Wakeman

Now I want to switch back to cartoon because I almost run out of ideas. I remember this cartoon ever aired on Nickelodeon every morning and afternoon since I watched. And since junior high school, I immediately became nostalgic again when aired back on my local TV. Especially if the character and main heroine in this cartoon, Jenny Wakeman, a robot who just started his teenage life and must adapt to his school. If this cartoon made into anime, I would love to watch it (Anime is a cartoon). However, I can only see the fan art in DeviantArt. I can only stare at him with sadness. 😥

5. Mai Kawakami from Myriad Colors Phantom World

Mai Kawakami

And in the end, I run out of ideas so far and I don’t know why I choose Mai Kawakami. I’m sorry, dude. But I immediately got the brilliant idea why I had to choose this. You know, we use the word ‘hotties‘ here which means, we choose the character that ‘hot‘ in this tag. How stupid I’m. So, Mai Kawakami can be said is a dream girl for men. Although she’s not a perfect character, she is very honest with his feelings. Her hair is blonde, her eyes are purple, tall, and very good in sports. She also has a nice body and boobs that, forget it. However, why he didn’t fall in love with the main character Haruhiko Ichijo. In fact, that’s what I want along with the anime fans. Why? 😦 But, she’s pretty cute, to be honest.

And it’s time I choose the blog that will be nominated, here is the list:

  1. あのー~ (/ω\)
Pardon this newbie here (and its terrible english inference skills)… umm, so bloggers who are nominated should write up a response post and pass on this nomination tag?
I didn’t realise I would be nominated, and neither did I notice your other nomination post as well until I saw the referrers analysis (sorry!)

Also congrats on your nomination for the Mystery Blogger Award!

And thanks for nominating me >.<! Looks like I have to find some time to do some extra write-up!

    1. Thank you and you’re welcome. So, yeah. It’s just like that. You make some article who talk about this, follow all the rule, and tag the blogs too. You can do it neither not, it’s belong too you. But, I should recommended to do this nomination tag because it’s good to gain some friendly and followers in blog. I also maybe forget that in the previous nomination, I also tagged you. But, maybe I forgot… 🙂

      1. Now that I think about it, people (even adults) in the Philippines tend to openly talk about anime without hesitation. In Hong Kong, the society as a whole perceive anime (and people who love anime as childish). So, here in HK, many are reluctant to talk about anime especially if they know whether the ones they speak to like anime.

When Dragon Ball Z was still a big thing, it had a prime time slot in a major Philippine TV network (Mon. – Fri. 7:00 PM, I think).

And anime has influenced Philippine popular culture in several ways.

      2. Wow, it blows my minds. Indeed, anime is treated like a childish thing and the stereotype is still valid nowadays even though anime seems to be mainstream little by little. I take the example as in Indonesia, my country. Just like in Hong Kong, but more precisely, Indonesia is worse. Anime is treated like the most disgusting thing that ever existed but this is according to ordinary people only. Some cases that I also often hear it’s makes the anime image in Indonesia worse and worse. Some people think as a criminal, pedophile, something people considered like a garbage and others. Therefore, anime fans in Indonesia will never often encounter if only see it outside. However, on the internet will be very much. I also often meet fans from Philippines on the internet. They are very different in my country, open mind, using a grammar that is more understandable, and very polite (according to me). Sometimes they are easily triggered from anime haters. However, I’m appreciating Philippines as a country that makes anime as a pop culture. Sorry for my long comments… 🙂

      3. It’s absurd how can people come up with that kind of conclusion. It makes you wonder, isn’t it?

Yes, it’s not that bad in Hong Kong. After all, there are even aome TV personalities who openly admit that they like anime. Anime-related merchandises are also popular. It’s just that anime is not a popular point of discussion.

People often criticize those who like anime as childish. They argue that there are more important things to do than just wasting their time watching anime.

I have a lot of Filipino friends. Indeed, they are generally polite.

Yes, they won’t take it lightly if somebody ridicules the things they like 😀

That’s all right. Some of the comments I make (mostly on math blogs) are very long… 🙂

      4. Yeah, it’s been a stereotype that anime is something unusual for people. Everyone has different opinions, some are fond of that things, and some are not. But I wonder why people always see something from one perspective only. However, that doesn’t change the fact that anime is always said to be that way. Thank you for opening your mind to something … 😀
