A World Where Life And Death Are Separated

And here it is, the last day or 30th day of the 30 Day Anime Challenge. Finally it has reached the last day of 30 Day Challenge. Our topic this time is, “An Anime You Wish Never Ended And Continued On.”

Fans always want to hope that his favorite anime doesn’t want to finish or maybe there is an additional season of the anime. There are so many anime sequels we wish like Angel Beats!, Fullmetal Alchemist, Your Lie in April (Maybe it impossible), Mirai Nikki, No Game No Life, One Punch Man, and more. The anime I mentioned was on average all the fans wanted to make the sequel.

I also have a lot of anime that want to be made the sequel. If can’t, don’t have to make the sequel if there is a manga from the anime. And even then for people who don’t like to read probably most don’t want to read the manga. In fact, the story continued that there is in the anime is definitely explained in detail through his manga. The anime I wish is, “Grimgar: Ashes and Illusions.”

Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash

Fear, survival, instinct. Thrown into a foreign land with nothing but their resonating deep within their souls. A group of strangers is given the choice of a soldier in the Reserve Army-and eliminate anything that threatens the peace in their new world, Grimgar.

When Manat, a charismatic leader and priest; Haruhiro, a nervous thief; Yume, a cheerful hunter; Shihoru, a shy mage; Mogzo, a kind warrior; and Ranta, a rowdy dark knight. Despite its resemblance to one, this is no game-there are no redos or respawns; it is kill or be killed.

It is now up to this ragtag group of unlikely fighters to survive together in a world where life and death are separated only by a fine line.

I really want to be made this anime sequel because, for me, this anime gets a good first impression from myself. Differences with SAO, Accel World, Log Horizon or other gaming themed anime. Grimgar presents an RPG game theme with characters that are very realistic in real life.

Probably too, it’s have a very little chance to make this anime continued because of the light novel reader that I see all, many say also that these anime doesn’t require season two. Because the aspect of the story is more of a character who is mostly dead or some say the story more miserable than anime. To be honest, I really want this anime made a sequel.

This is my first 30 Day Anime Challenge and has ended here. It didn’t feel that yesterday I just did it on the first day. But it must end here. I will make again things like this in the future but with a different theme. So tomorrow I’ll go back to review a movie or anime or something else. I will also search for ideas about this blog again. 😀

Break Free From His Virtual Hell

Day 29 of 30 Day Anime Challenge. Tomorrow is the last day of this challenge. It doesn’t feel so far, but yesterday was just like the first day. Forget about it, and our topic this time is “An Anime You Wished Was Real.”

Otaku always dreams that someday, their favorite anime will become real in reality. They hope that the characters that exist in anime it’s in the real world. It may sound strange and embarrassing and also because I also often imagine something like that. Call it you are in the fantasy world that you make. You guys are the main actor in that world, respected by your friends, handsome, cool, great, and certainly surrounded by all of the character girl anime. To be honest, I really like to fantasize like that. But, if asked what anime you want to be a real world, I would answer “Sword Art Online.”

Sword Art Online

In the year 2022, virtual reality has progressed by leaps and bounds, and a massive online role-playing game called Sword Art Online (SAO) is launched. With the aid of “NerveGear” technology, players can control their avatars within the game using nothing but their own thoughts.

Kazuto Kirigaya, nicknamed “Kirito,” is among the lucky few enthusiasts who get their hands on the first shipment of the game. He logs in to find himself, with ten others, in the scenic and elaborate world of Aincrad, one of fantastic medieval weapons and gruesome monsters. However, in a cruel turn of events, the players soon realize they can not log out; the game’s creator has trapped them in his new world until they complete all of the games.

In order to escape Aincrad, Kirito will now have to interact and cooperate with his fellow players. Some are allies, while others are foes, like Asuna Yuuki, who commands the leading group attempting to escape from the ruthless game. To make matters worse, Sword Art Online is not all fun and games: if they die in Aincrad, they die in real life. Kirito must adapt to his new reality, fight for his survival, and hopefully break free from his virtual hell.

To be honest, I don’t really like this anime but I don’t hate it because this anime is anime that makes me fall in love with the anime world. Due to the frequency of playing the game and this anime show by my friend and I immediately like an anime. The world in SAO isn’t much different from the real world. But, what I mean here is what if all gamers who exist in this world play a game called SAO.

You can do anything in it because this is what people call ‘escape from reality’. You can live in that world for a very long time, get what you want like money or girlfriend in that world, or else you just want to gain popularity in that world. It sounds like a loser but, fuck reality. The world is just like a shelter that, in the end, we will all return to the universe whatever happens. But, sorry. I also don’t take this seriously. I realize that this is the real world, so don’t be put into your emotion. 😀

My Hobby Takes Priority

The 28th day of the 30 Day Anime Challenge and our topic this time is, “Favorite Quote From Any Anime Character.”

In addition to watching anime, some of the conversations in each character contain elements that hit in everyday life. Whether the quote is about offending something, about humanity, about how a person becomes evil, or something else. The quote can also be decapitated to be made in the real world. I also have many of my favorite quotes. One is quoted from Itami Youji from anime, “GATE.”

Gate Jieitai Kanochi Nite Kaku Tatakaeri

Off-duty Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF) officer and otaku, Youji Itami, is on his way to attend a doujin convention in Ginza, Tokyo when a mysterious portal in the shape of a large gate suddenly appears. From this gate, supernatural creatures and warriors clad in medieval armor emerge, charging through the city, killing and destroying everything in their path. With swift actions, Youji saves as many lives as he can while resting the JSDF direct their efforts towards stopping the invasion.

Three months after the attack, Youji has been tasked with leading a special recon team, as part of a JSDF task force, that will be sent to the world beyond the gate-now being referred to as the “Special Region.” They must travel into this world with the ruling empire. But if they fail, they face the consequence of participating in a devastating war that will engulf both sides of the gate.

Itami Youji is the first lieutenant of the Ground Self-Defense Force or commonly called GSDF. He is the leader of the Third Recon Team. In addition to the army, he considers himself also an otaku who loves to read doujinshi and other online novels. For Itami, work is something that isn’t very important to itself rather than something that makes itself interested in the internet. Hence, he quoted one of his quotes:

“I work to support my hobby, you know. So if you asked me which I’d choose, my job or my hobby, my hobby takes priority.”

The Main Character Of Suruga Monkey

Day 27th of 30 Day Anime Challenge. It feels weird when another 3 days until the Challenge is over, I really don’t feel that. But this time, we will discuss with our topic this time that is, “Most Badass Scene From Any Anime Character.”

Anime characters usually have properties that always do things very cool and arguably, Badass. Anime that I watch is also often like that. However, I will only choose the best of Araragi VS Kanbaru from the anime “Bakemonogatari.”

Koyomi Araragi, a third-year high school student, manages to survive a vampire attack with the help of Meme Oshino, a strange man residing in an abandoned building. Though being saved from vampirism and now a human again, some side effects such as superhuman healing abilities and enhanced vision still remain. Regardless, Araragi tries to live the life of a normal student, with the help of his friend and the class president, Tsubasa Hanekawa.

When fellow classmate Hitagi Senjougahara falls down the stairs and is caught by Araragi, the boy realizes that the girl is unnaturally weightless. Despite Senjougahara’s protests, Araragi insists he helped her, deciding to enlist the aid of Oshino, the very man who had his help with his own predicament.

Through several tales involving demons and gods, Bakemonogatari follows Araragi as he attempts to help those who suffer from supernatural maladies.

I really like this character named Koyomi Araragi. No wonder Araragi is the main character of this anime and has many ‘harems’ in this anime. His personality always helps his friends but his good personality usually always invited sacrifices for himself as it must be hurt when helping his friends.

In this fight against his schoolmate ‘Kanbaru’, he fights only by himself even though Araragi himself already knows that he will lose and could have died. Although this fight isn’t so balanced, Araragi still fights it so it must satisfy the hatred of this Kanbaru. This fight is also the battle I like the most from “Bakemonogatari” series.

The Speed, The Killing Tactics, The Battle Action

Day 26 of the 30 Day Anime Challenge. I took so long to write an article because I was hanging out with my High School Friends. So, I’ll start writing from now on. And our topic this time is, “Best Anime Fight.”

Maybe there will be some spoilers. So, be careful!!!

There is so much anime that have a really cool fight. Usually, there is a scene that makes us more interested to watch it. I very rarely to watch anime like this. Although not many, I will choose one that is the fight between Kiritsugu Emiya vs. Kirei Kotomine from the anime, “Fate/Zero.”

Fate Zero

With the promise of granting any wish, the omnipotent Holy Grail triggered three wars in the past, each too cruel and fierce to leave a victor. In spite of that, the wealthy Einzbern family is confident that the Fourth Holy Grail War will be different; Ie, with a vessel of the Holy Grail now in their grasp. Solely for this reason, the much hated “Magus Killer” Kiritsugu Emiya is hired by the Einzberns, with marriage to their only daughter Irisviel as a binding contract.

Kiritsugu now stands at the center of a cutthroat game of survival, facing off against six other participants, each armed with an ancient familiar, and fueled by unique desires and ideals. Accompanied by his own familiar, Saber, the notorious mercenary soon finds his greatest opponent in Kirei Kotomine, a priest who seeks salvation from the emptiness within himself in pursuit of Kiritsugu.

Based on the light novel written by Gen Urobuchi, Fate / Zero depicts the events of the Fourth Holy Grail War-10 years prior to Fate / stay night. Witness a battle royale in which no one is guaranteed to survive.

Best Anime Fight

In this fight will determine who will take a cup of the Holy Grail and who will win this Holy War. Kiritsugu and Kirei are someone who’s very smart in killing his opponent just by using his own thoughts and tactics. If in Holy Grail War, Servant used their magic to fight their opponent, unlike the two of them.

Kiritsugu and Kirei are someone who doesn’t use such things even a little. In Episodes 24 and 25, ranging from speed, the tactic attack, to action in their battle, everything will be shown in detail in this anime.

The King Who Always Alone

Day 25th of 30 Day Anime Challenge and maybe, there’s something a little spoiler in here. So, be careful. Our topic this time is, “Saddest Anime Death.”

One of the most disturbing things when watching anime is when your favorite character dies in a very pathetic way. Moreover, if the character is good-guy in the anime. I have seen so many anime like that. But, none other than I will choose Hare Menjou from anime “Guilty Crown.”

Guilty Crown

Japan, 2039. Ten years after the outbreak of the “Apocalypse Virus,” an event solemnly regarded as “Lost Christmas,” the once proud nation has fallen under the rule of the GHQ, an independent military force dedicated to restoring order. Funeral Parlor, a guerilla group led by the infamous Gai Tsutsugami, act as freedom fighters, offering the only resistance to GHQ’s cruel despotism.

Inori Yuzuriha, a key member of Funeral Parlor, runs into the weak and unsociable Shuu Ouma during a crucial operation, which results in him obtaining the “Power of Kings” -an ability which allows the wielder to draw out the manifestations of an individual’s personality, Or “voids.” Now an unwilling participant in the struggle against GHQ, Shuu must learn to control his newfound power if he is to help take back Japan once and for all.

Guilty Crown follows the action-packed story of a young high school student who is dragged into a war, possessing an ability that will help him uncover the secrets of the GHQ, Funeral Parlor, and Lost Christmas. However, he will soon learn that the truth comes at a far greater price than he could have ever imagined.

Hare Menjou is one of Shuu Ouma’s classmates. They live in the same apartment and have been together since Junior High School. The void that’s Hare used is Bandages that serves to heal someone’s wound. She also really likes Shu and once expressed his feelings to Shu.

Hare Death

However, Hare died while she was healing Shu on the battlefield. She had an accident for saving him from a car that exploded. After Hare died, Shu suffered a very severe depression and resulted in disbelieving his friends around him. For this reason, he becomes rude to his fellow friends and tries to want to be “The King.”

A Renowned Brain Surgeon

Day 24 of the 30 Day Anime Challenge and our topic this time is, “Moment That Shocked You The Most In Any Anime.”

It’s very rarely that anime I’ve watched has made me shock most of every episode. But, there’s an anime that makes me shocked in every episode. The anime also once I made his first impression. And the anime is, “Monster.”

Dr. Kenzou Tenma is a renowned brain surgeon of Japanese descent working in Europe. Highly lauded by his peers as one of the great young minds that will revolutionize the field, he is blessed with a great promotion in the hospital he works at. But all of that is about to change with a grave dilemma that Kenzou faces one night-whether to save the life of a small boy or that of the town’s mayor. Despite being pressured by his superiors to perform surgery on the major, his morals force him to perform the surgery on the other critical patient, saving his life and forfeiting the major. A doctor is taught to believe that all life is equal; However, when a series of murders occur in the surgeon’s vicinity, all of the evidence pointing to the boy he saved, Kenzou’s beliefs are shaken. Along his journey to unravel the true identity of his little patient, Kenzou discovers that the fate of the world may be intertwined with the mysterious child.

This anime makes me shock in every episode. I recently watched this anime and has some plot-twist in every episode. We will be brought into the world where there is no happiness, joy, friendship, and so on. Existing violence, original human nature, betrayal, fear, and some other traits.

The one that shocked me about this anime was a character named Johan Liebert. Johan is the main story of this anime. Johan is the next Adolf Hitler because his personality is like a demon. Initially, we saw Johan with a shot in his head as a child. But, Dr. Tenma saved him. When a few years later, Dr. Tenma and Johan meet again and Dr. Tenma regrets having saved a Monster.
